I was very sad to hear about the passing of Martin who was always very willing to help and offer support. A quiet and thoughtful person who was always brimming with ideas. He was well-esteemed as a thought leader and academic; someone with gravitas who people would listen to. I was always very grateful for his help in managing the Planning School and for his regular contributions to the Bristol Planning Law and Policy Conference. RIP in Martin. My condolences to his family and friends.
