Very shocked and sadenned to hear of Martin’s passing. He was a valued supporter of the council’s Bristol Futures department, and a brilliant ambassador for the city’s international work. A stalwart of the regular First Friday gathering at Watershed, I fondly remember our many conversations over the years. He always looked just as dapper at the end of the evening as when he arrived. Many condolences to all of Martin’s family and loved ones.
